We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest
